Jason Snell

My name is Jason Snell and after many years in senior leadership roles, I now focus my efforts on the areas I am most passionate about; coaching, mentoring and personal development.

I believe that effective coaching and mentoring can have a transformational impact on an individual’s personal development and mindset, benefiting both themselves and the organisation they work within.

Fortunately, I was able to benefit from some excellent coaching, mentoring & development throughout my career which enabled me to achieve more than I ever thought possible.

This helped me progress from a finance assistant to finance director in a multi-billion pound business. Along the way I had a number of successes and knockbacks that mean I understand both the practical and mindset challenges of making the journey to Director level roles.

I am aware that not everyone gets the same access to great personal development support, and it is my goal to offer my services and play a role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals.

I enjoy working with people who are open to developing their capabilities, recognise the value of being coached and need support to bridge the gap from where they are today to their vision of the future.
