Jason Snell

After a successful career working in senior leadership roles in large household names such as EE and RAC, I started my own business in 2015 focused on providing consultancy services to a variety of businesses.

My proudest career achievement is joining Orange as a young finance assistant and progressing to become the Finance Director of its Consumer business. This journey and the subsequent merger with T-Mobile to form EE shaped my understanding of the importance of great leadership, mentoring and coaching in a person’s life, both professionally and personally.

Over recent years my focus has moved more towards working with small businesses. Initially these engagements were focused on leveraging my financial and commercial experience but in recent years this has evolved into coaching the business founders & key team members, helping them meet the changing demands placed on them as their responsibilities change as the business grow.

Alongside this I am also a mentor for the ICAEW F-TEN programme, as well as a volunteer business mentor for the Prince’s Trust.
